Built for the people who actually move the totes

OnTote started from a simple observation: small tote rental companies run on phone calls, texts, and spreadsheets, and everyone pays for it when nobody is sure what is actually available to rent out.

Answering the basic questions

You should be able to answer the basic questions about your business without hunting for them.

  • What do you have?
  • Who has the rest?
  • Can you take this order?
  • Did you get paid for the last one?

What we focus on

Three things, in this order.

  1. Inventory Know exactly what you have and where it went.
  2. Availability See the orders you can confidently promise and fill.
  3. Revenue Get paid without chasing anyone down.
