Renting totes from a business that uses OnTote?
Your booking, your delivery, and your refund are handled by the business you rented from, not by OnTote. Your confirmation email is the fastest way to reach them, and it has your order number on it.
- A deposit is held by that business and returned under their policy.
- A hold on your card is not a charge. It drops off on its own, usually within a few days.
- Returns happen at the pickup window on your order. Late returns are billed by that business, not by us.
