Branding and your store link
Where your storefront address comes from, how to find it, and what you can style today.
Your store link
Your storefront lives at your company URL plus `.ontote.store`:
The slug comes from the Company URL you chose at sign-up. It's the address you put on invoices, in your email signature, and behind the "Book now" button on your own website.
Store front shows your live address. Click Preview ↗ next to it to open a preview of your store in a new tab, at `https://preview.ontote.store/yourcompany`. The preview shows your live catalog and settings, but checkout and customer sign-in are turned off, so you can click around without creating a real order. It's also the fastest way to check a change actually landed.
Share the `ontote.store` address with customers, not the preview link. Search engines don't index the preview.
Changing the slug
There's no self-serve way to change your company URL after sign-up, which is why it's worth a moment's thought at the time. If you need it changed, contact us.
Custom domains
Running the storefront on your own domain, `book.yourcompany.com`, is on the roadmap, not shipped. Today every storefront is on an `ontote.store` subdomain.
What you can brand today
Storefront theming is deliberately minimal in this build. What actually carries your identity:
- Your company name and URL, which appear throughout the storefront.
- A photo on every pool: upload one per pool from its Store front editor. This is the single biggest visual difference between a storefront that looks like yours and one that looks like a template.
- Your descriptions: the storefront description on each pool, plus your hours, delivery policy, and rental agreement.
There's no logo upload, colour picker, or custom CSS. If storefront theming matters to your launch, tell us. Roadmap feedback is how priorities get set.
