Catalog and pricing

Set a rate, a rate unit, a minimum duration, and a description for each pool customers can order.

Pricing is per pool, set on the Store front screen. Find the pool in the Catalog list and click Edit to open its editor.

The fields

  • Storefront description: what this pool is, in the customer's words. Up to 2,000 characters.
  • Rate: the number, in dollars and cents.
  • Per: what the rate buys: Day, Week, Event, or Unit.
  • Currency: a three-letter code, `usd` by default.
  • Deposit (optional): see Rental policies and deposits before you set this; read what it does and doesn't do today.
  • Min duration (optional): the shortest rental you'll accept, in whatever unit Per is set to.

Click Save changes. Cancel closes the editor without keeping anything.

Choosing a rate unit

Per determines how a customer's dates turn into a price. A pool at $4.00 Per: Day for a five-day rental quotes $20.00 a unit; the same $4.00 Per: Week quotes $4.00. Getting this wrong is the most expensive typo on the screen, so check a real date range on your live storefront after you set it.

Event and Unit are flat: the rental length doesn't change the price.

Minimum duration

Min duration sets a floor. A three-day minimum on a day-rated pool means a one-day booking is still priced as three. Use it where a short rental costs you the same in delivery and cleaning as a long one.

Images

Each pool takes one image, uploaded from the same editor with Upload image, or Replace image if there's already one. JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and GIF are accepted, and Remove image clears it. Pools without an image show a placeholder with the unit label on it.

Price first, publish second

A pool with no rate cannot be published. The toggle stays disabled and the row says "Set a price first." Price it, check it on the live page, then publish. See Publishing your booking page.
