Add booking to your own website

Get the JavaScript snippet from Settings › Website integration and paste it into Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify or another site builder, with troubleshooting.

You already have a website and you want customers to book without leaving it. That's what the embed does: it puts your catalog (or one item with a "Book now" card) inside your own pages, and booking happens on your store.

The widget is read-only. It shows your prices and availability; it can't edit anything. It runs sandboxed, so nothing inside it (no tracking scripts, no analytics) can touch your site, and nothing on your site can touch it.

Getting the snippet

1. Open Settings › Website integration › JavaScript snippet. Only owners and managers can open this page; everyone else sees a notice.

2. Under Options, pick the location ("Let customers choose" is the default for multi-location stores), then What to show: Full catalog or A specific item ("Book now" card). Under Open booking in, pick New tab or Same tab. If nothing is published yet, the single-item option is disabled and says "Nothing is published here yet. Publish an item in Online store to offer a single-item card." The full-catalog snippet still copies.

3. Under Snippet, click Copy next to the script. That's the recommended one: "Paste this where the catalog should appear. It sizes itself to fit." If your site builder doesn't allow scripts, use the Without JavaScript version instead (a fixed-height iframe).

4. Paste it on your site where the catalog should appear.

5. Check the Preview panel. "Open embed preview" opens the widget in a new tab so you can see exactly what customers get.

Nothing about the snippet is saved in your dashboard. It's generated fresh from your choices each time you open the page, so you can make as many variants as you want (catalog on the homepage, one item on a landing page).

Where to paste it

  • WordPress: in the block editor, add a Custom HTML block where the catalog should appear and paste the snippet.
  • Squarespace: add a Code block and paste the snippet. JavaScript in Code blocks requires a paid plan that allows custom code, so check your plan if the option is missing.
  • Shopify: in Online Store › Themes › Customize, add a Custom Liquid section to the page and paste the snippet.

Clicks in the widget open the booking page with the item preselected, in a new tab or the same tab depending on your setting.

When customers see "Online booking is currently unavailable."

That's the widget's honest state, not a bug. It shows when your website is offline, when you have no bookable pools, or when a single-item embed points at something that no longer exists. The JavaScript snippet page shows a notice when this is what customers would see, with a link to the fix. Publish the website and publish at least one priced pool and the widget fills in.

When something looks wrong

  • The widget shows a pool that no longer exists. Re-copy the snippet with a different item selected. Single-item embeds are pinned to the item you picked.
  • Copy does nothing. The page falls back to selecting the snippet text for you. Copy it manually (Ctrl/Cmd+C).
  • The no-JS iframe doesn't fit the page. It has a fixed height by design; it can't resize itself without JavaScript. If your builder allows scripts, switch to the script snippet, which sizes itself.
  • The snippet page says you don't have access. Only owners and managers can set up embeds. Ask whoever manages integrations on your account.
